LANTANA MEDIA CAMPUS
Santa Monica, CA - 478,000 SF
Lantana Media Campus is a one-of-a-kind low-rise creative office and production campus located in the Santa Monica Media District, a destination of choice for the industry's top entertainment, media and technology companies. The 478,000 SF project is comprised of four distinct buildings spread across 12.0 acres and a short walk to the recently opened Expo Line light rail which runs from Santa Monica to Downtown. Major tenants at the property include Beachbody and Dick Clark Productions, as well as nearly 100,000 SF of short-term post production tenants.
