Artisan Ventures Enters Silicon Valley Market With Advanced Manufacturing Acquisition

Artisan Ventures and Arc Capital Partners have added to their respective portfolios an 82,000 square foot advanced manufacturing building located in Fremont along the 880 Corridor.  The property is 100% leased to Celestica (NYSE: CLS), a company that is at the forefront of the rapidly growing semiconductor industry.  Celestica has occupied this strategic location for over 20 years due to its close proximity to their largest customers, as well as its embedded base of employees and highly educated engineers.
